Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the hospital's operations, including:
- Oversight of Leaders/Supervisors, Intern Director and Medical Director who support approximately 90 associates
- Develop and grow future leaders
- Oversight and development of onboarding, training, and continuity programs
You will also be expected to cultivate relationships within the veterinary community and support the recruitment of medical professionals.
In addition, you will be accountable for the hospital profit & loss statements and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
