The Hospital Director oversees hospital operations, ensuring a sound medical environment in a large veterinary facility offering surgery, neurology, internal medicine, oncology, and emergency services.

- Manage the hospital's profit & loss statements with accountability.
- Foster a collaborative culture and positive working environment.
- Prioritize client satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Oversight of leaders/supervisors and the medical director supporting approximately 50 associates including doctors, technicians, veterinary assistants, and paraprofessional staff.
- Develop future leaders and grow their skills.
- Develop onboarding, training, and continuity programs.
- Cultivate relationships within the veterinary community.
- Support recruitment efforts for medical professionals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in specialty/emergency veterinary management is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills to develop a solid team and engage with veterinary professionals.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior leadership experience in a specialty hospital or multi-site operational business.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in an environment with changing priorities.
- Experience driving revenue growth and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

Additional Information:
