About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented veterinary technician to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will assist veterinarians and other veterinary technicians with medical procedures, perform laboratory tests, administer medications, and monitor anesthesia and recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support veterinarians and other veterinary technicians with medical procedures
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Administer medications and take vital signs
- Monitor anesthesia and recoveries
- Prepare surgical equipment and supplies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a veterinary technician
- A certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
