- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their pet's healthcare needs.
- Provide information about services offered at VCA Westbury Animal Hospital and Pet Care Center.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry tasks.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication between clients and medical teams.
- Checking clients in and out.
- Helping with client education as needed
Requirements
