They are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Account Manager to support their Account Executives efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and account management duties to an assigned client base of architects, designers, builders, and general contractors in Southern California with the support of Account Executive and Sales Manager
- Serve as a point of contact for existing clients and maintain positive relationships, address inquiries, answer questions, and provide both general and technical information about their products and processes.
- Support Sales Staff through local sample delivery and meet regularly with assigned client accounts, virtually or in person.
- Evaluate client needs and propose actions to Account Executive.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and policies to ensure positive relationships with clients.
- Assist Account Executive in identifying new opportunities
- Vet incoming leads and inquiries
- Create Opportunities, Contacts, Quotes and Customer Orders in NetSuite ERP
- Ensure ERP system is accurately updated with client and order information
- Travel to the company HQ in Austin, TX 3-4 times per year for training, continuing education and team building.
