A well-respected law firm located in Broward County, Florida, is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with experience in nursing home defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, and healthcare litigation to take on a leading role in managing complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft and argue substantive motions.
- Prepare and negotiate agreements.
- Attend hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings.
- Prepare discovery responses and analyze medical records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Experience in nursing home defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, and healthcare law is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn and develop litigation strategies.
