Our clients are seeking experienced corporate lawyers with a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably with large or medium-sized law firms, and strong credentials in handling complex transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and/or commercial lending and finance.
Applicants must be barred in, or willing to sit for, the Florida Bar and must reside in Florida or be open to relocation. None of these positions offer 100% remote work, but most do accommodate a variety of work-from-home preferences on a hybrid basis.
While a book of business is not required, candidates who do bring an existing client portfolio of $500,000 or more are highly encouraged to apply, as additional opportunities for lateral growth may be available.
