Location: West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami
Admittance to the Florida Bar is required.

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in your respective practice area.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while expanding your book of business.
- Collaborate with other partners and associates on complex legal matters.
- Oversee case strategy, negotiations, and litigation/arbitration as needed.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum $300,000 book of business in any legal practice area.
- Proven track record of client retention and business development.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented environment.
