Location: Fort Lauderdale or Miami, FL
Admittance to the Florida Bar is required.

A prestigious boutique law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its dynamic team in either the Fort Lauderdale or Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and client-focused environment.
About the Position:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters. The firm is looking for a candidate who can manage transactions from inception to closing, work effectively with clients, and contribute to a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related real estate contracts.
- Conduct title and survey reviews, zoning analyses, and due diligence investigations.
- Assist clients in structuring and executing real estate transactions, including financing and joint ventures.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients on real estate matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues and work closely with partners on complex transactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting.
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
