E-commerce Account Manager
The E-Commerce Account Manager is responsible for supporting the online product and sales strategies for Walmart.com. Duties include tasks such as SKU additions, image gathering and uploading current VCNY Home products for sale on the website. We welcome candidates from the Home, Fashion, Apparel, and/or Accessories industry. We welcome recent college graduates.

Job Summary:
- Assist in selecting and building product offerings in Excel to load into customer sites/portals.
- Enter data on specific templates to submit to retail sites for approval.
- Work with the Marketing department to deliver product images for all the items included on the submission templates and forward them to retailers as per individual requirements.
- Submit pricing, control all completed templates to ensure all items are priced correctly to prevent order processing delays.
- Collaborate with customer service and customers to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Periodically review customer web sites to ensure product presentation conforms to VCNY Home E-Commerce guidelines.
- Perform ongoing maintenance for specific retailers to correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc.
Requirements:
- Associate degree
- 2 years E-Commerce experience preferable or a desire to learn E-Commerce.
- Knowledge using Retail Link, QMS, Supplier Quote and Supplier One
- Understanding ProSpec Art (packaging website)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong mindfulness with an emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external contacts.
- Work well in a team environment and across multiple departments
