**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Production Manager to join our team at VCNY Home. As a key liaison for day-to-day global sourcing operations, you will work closely with cross-functional partners at overseas offices and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing/purchasing roles, preferably in home textiles or fashion. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets for a specific category, maintaining seasonal production calendars, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality products.
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin and have excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Assistant is preferred.
