Warehouse Office Coordinator
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time Warehouse Office Coordinator position for our facility in Roxbury, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage, monitor, and respond to requests via e-mail, and phone.
· Calculate and monitor inventory through WMS and Microsoft Excel.
· Process heavy volume of time-sensitive paperwork relating to employee payroll.
· Ensure inventory integrity and complete required cycle counts daily.
Job Requirements:
· Must be computer proficient in Microsoft applications.
· Prior administrative experience in a human resources function a plus
· Proficient in speaking and writing the English language with Spanish a plus
· Excellent time management skills a must
Physical Demands & Environmental Conditions:
Seventy percent of the time will be spent walking in the warehouse.
The following physical demands may be expected: move up to 45 lbs.
The following environmental conditions may exist noise, odors, dust, cold or heat.
