Summary
As a CNC Programmer, you will be instrumental in creating precise programming for CNC machinery that supports our diverse manufacturing processes. This role is vital to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineered products while adhering to the highest industry standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Read, interpret blueprints, and produce parts in accordance with prints.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
- Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures.
- Program Mazak CNC Mills using Mazatrol.
- Understand tolerancing.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Must have experience with Mazatrol M-32, M-Plus, or Smart controls.
- Programming experience with Fanuc Lathe 0-T controls.
- Mazak Lathe programming experience is a plus but not required.
Job Duties:
- Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Understand tolerancing.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
- Properly and safely replace inserts and materials into machines.
- Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures.
- Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
- Perform first-piece inspection on simple geometry.
- Clear chips from parts during operation stops.
- Identify part defects and alert supervisor.
- Understand tool wear and when to change tooling.
Experience:
- CNC Mill Programmer – 3 Years Preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
