- Recruit, interview, and select qualified volunteers based on their skills and availability.
- Design and deliver comprehensive volunteer orientation and training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages volunteer engagement and retention.
- Evaluate volunteer performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with volunteers, colleagues, and clients.
- Possession of a Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare, particularly in home care and recruitment, is highly valued.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
