The Senior Manager, Clinic Operations manages and coordinates all administrative, managerial, ambulatory operations and clerical functions required for the operation of a highly complex patient care area or areas. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: CPR Experience REQUIRED: Seven years of relevant experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Two years supervisory experience. Experience PREFERRED: Knowledge of ambulatory care and a background in clinic procedures. IDX and Cerner experience a plus. Education/training REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field or commensurate education and experience in lieu of a degree. Education/training PREFERRED: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field. Nursing or other clinical training a plus. RN License highly preferred. Independent action(s) required: Has accountability for the performance and results of assigned patient care area(s). Develops business, operational, production and organizational priorities in conjunction with Clinical Leadership for assigned patient care area(s). Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): Provides leadership to Ambulatory Operations Management team consisting of both business and clinical leads within assigned patient care area or areas.
