Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a proven track record in leading Agile and Scrum-based product development. The ideal candidate will bring thought leadership, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in tools such as Confluence and JIRA. The role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage product lifecycles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team collaboration and adherence to Agile principles.
- Business Requirements: Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Tool Expertise: Use Confluence and JIRA to track progress, document workflows, and maintain transparent communication among stakeholders.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Oversee POS product initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality improvements.
- Budget Oversight: Manage product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while delivering high ROI.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic direction, market insights, and innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years in Product Management with a strong Agile/Scrum focus.
- Proven experience in using Confluence, JIRA, and other Agile tools.
- Experience in POS systems and managing budgets is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
