Job Title: Architect Snowflake & AWS

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with a strong background in Snowflake, AWS, and stakeholder management to lead and design scalable data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based data platforms, data warehousing, and end-to-end solution design, ensuring best practices and governance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable and secure data solutions on Snowflake and AWS.
- Define data architecture strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to optimize data management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices are met.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive end-to-end data solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams on best practices and architectural decisions.
- Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 13 years of experience in data architecture, cloud computing, and data engineering.
- Proven expertise in Snowflake architecture, optimization, and implementation.
- Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EC2, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data engineering and transformation.
- Solid experience in ETL/ELT frameworks, data modeling, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and provide solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
