Job role : Business Analyst - Fund Accounting
Duration : 12 months
Location : Hybrid onsite Chicago, IL
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements related to fund accounting, alternative investments, and private markets.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
- Work extensively with iCapital tools, supporting onboarding processes and ensuring seamless functionality.
- Analyze, monitor, and improve workflows in areas such as capital management, fund managers, asset management, and private markets.
- Utilize SQL to query data and support reporting functions as needed to validate requirements and deliver insights.
- Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to support end-to-end implementation of solutions.
- Participate in agile scrum team activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
