What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change management analyst position at VDart Inc?
Title : Change management analyst
Location : Manhattan Beach CA (hybrid 2 days a week onsite and 3 days remote)
Duration : : 6 months
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication strategies that support endusers and other impacted stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to understand the impact of planned changes
- Tailor strategies and approaches to different audiences translating complex ideas into clear and impactful messages
- Track and measure effectiveness of communications efforts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to amend strategies as required
- Manage execute on and keep updated a change communication & training roll out plan
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their perspectives and facilitate bidirectional communication
- Manage logistics of training ensuring invites are properly created sent and tracked; materials are prepared and provided and followups are timely
- Update related documentation such as QRGs and other communication assets
