Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Engineering Manager / Product Owner to lead our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform strategy. This role will begin as an individual contributor managing contractors and is expected to evolve into a leadership role building out a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SFMC, be hands-on with configuration and workflows, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions. A broad understanding of CRM platforms and related systems like Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Vision & Strategy : Define and set an ambitious product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce platform aligned with marketing business needs.
• Product Data Strategy : Ensure the platform captures, understands, and acts on high-quality data to continuously improve product and business outcomes.
• Solution Implementation : Work closely with the business to gather requirements, design, and implement SFMC configurations and workflows.
• Team Management : Initially manage contractors, with a long-term goal to build and lead a full CRM team.
• Agile Delivery : Utilize Agile methodologies to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication across the organization.
• Operational Excellence : Monitor platform performance and optimize processes to ensure high service quality and compliance with best practices.
