Company JD :
- As a Business Data Analyst or Specialist you will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within SCMHC
- The position includes organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department, and analyzing data to determine business needs
- Become subject matter expert for the organization's EMR / HER (Credible Behavioral Health) and champions it's adoption
- Develops data solutions from multiple data sources / applications
- Develops and manages data reporting for internal and external consumers
- Daily, monthly, & quarterly uploads / Submits data as required
- Ensure data is secure via proper access controls
- Provides EMR / HER assistance and support to end-users
