We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Engineering Manager to lead our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will drive technical vision, optimize team performance, and deliver scalable, high-quality mobile solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the design and development of user interfaces (UI) using mobile frameworks, implementing responsive design for diverse screen sizes.
- Set technical standards for front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Maintain clear technical specifications to support agile development.
- Collaborate on release plans, manage app store integrations, and coordinate with technical teams to set goals and align schedules.
- Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance mobile experiences while maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.
- Leverage profiling tools to address performance bottlenecks related to animations and rendering.
- Review technical deliverables, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality.
- Partner with product, design, and other engineering teams to align goals, share best practices, and deliver seamless features.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging technical mastery and innovation.
