Job Title: Filenet Architect/Lead
Location: Troy, MI or NYC, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement content management solutions with IBM Filenet, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Integrate Filenet with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and optimize Filenet performance, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content management needs into technical solutions and communicate progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards for content management solutions.
- Document system architecture, processes, and user guides, and conduct training sessions.
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of IBM Filenet components like Content Navigator, Case Manager, and Process Engine.
- Experience in designing and implementing Filenet-based systems and a strong ECM background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Leadership skills to manage technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in IBM Filenet or ECM solutions are a plus.
