Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee and drive project delivery using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management, proficiency in Jira, and advanced skills in the MS Office Suite. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects and ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Tool Expertise: Utilize Jira to manage tasks, sprints, and project progress while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- MS Office Suite Proficiency: Use Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine Agile processes and project workflows to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in project management with an Agile focus.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
