Manufacturing Application Support Specialist

Job Description:
- 24x7 Support & Maintenance: Provide continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in OT systems (FactoryTalk, RSView, Wonderware, etc.).
- System Configuration & Integration: Configure and customize applications to support manufacturing operations and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Incident & Performance Management: Quickly resolve incidents, optimize data flows, and ensure uptime across critical applications.
- Database & Network Management: Oversee SQL Server & other databases and ensure effective communication between applications and industrial systems.
- User Support & Training: Provide training and maintain documentation for users and IT staff.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal integration and performance of OT systems.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing applications like FactoryTalk, RSView, and Wonderware.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Modbus, FLNet, SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, and industrial communication protocols.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation or similar certifications are a plus.
