Marketing Operations Expertise : Deep understanding of marketing automation, data enablement, audience curation, customer attribution, and omnichannel campaign operations / data activation. Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms is required. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize and communicate complex requirements from across the BU to our analytics partners to deliver accurate data
Technical Proficiency : Proven experience using SQL to explore complex data sets, validate data quality, and produce / document insights for
and working with JSON files and data. Experience with Databricks (or similar SQL notebooks), Segment CDP, AJO, Eloqua
Operational Knowledge : Familiarity with the operational aspects of running marketing campaigns, from data sourcing to execution.
Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
