Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering successful Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Project Planning and Execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee project phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder Management; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. o Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Risk Management; Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
- Monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance; Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address quality issues.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and errors
- Change Management; Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
- Communicate change initiatives effectively and address resistance to change.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience in managing complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
