Job Title: PLM Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned PLM Business Analyst / Process Consultant to lead a PLM green-field implementation program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE as a functional consultant, expertise in business process mapping, cloud migrations, and APQP processes, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- PLM Implementation Leadership: Lead green-field PLM implementation and migration of in-house applications to 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM platforms.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Define and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Mapping: Develop process maps from 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM or non-PLM systems to streamline workflows.
- Manufacturing & APQP Expertise: Apply Manufacturing and APQP process knowledge to enhance PLM integration.
- Cloud Migration & Adoption: Work on PLM cloud migration strategies (preferably AWS/Azure).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Functional Validation & Support: Validate new functionalities and provide support for enhancements and system improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in PLM, with at least 6 years in 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in PLM process mapping, system migration, and cloud adoption.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Manufacturing & APQP processes.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS or Azure for PLM cloud migrations.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
