Responsibilities :
Manage multiple work streams / Scrum teams
Manage multiple SCRUM teams and manage all SCRUM ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Sprint Review meetings.
Working with Scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
Maintain project timeframe, estimates and status reports.
Prepare and present project and program status reports
Assist senior leaders in staffing, planning, report preparations
Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
Conduct risk assessments for the projects.
Collaborate in preparing for the PI Planning
Assist Product Owner and team in backlog refinement.
Facilitate Scrum of Scrum meetings with other Scrum teams
Coordinate the project release and deployments.
Monitor project deliverables.
Prepare status reports, presentations and present to stakeholders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience :
10 plus years of IT experience
Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in a project management capacity in Project Manager & Scrum Master roles in software development projects
Prior experience managing multiple project teams for a common roadmap
Experience managing system implementation and integration projects
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills
Strong project and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders alike
Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Experience :
Previous experience in the fintech or payment industry.
Scrum Master certification and / or PMP certification is preferred
