Job Description
As a Quality Analyst for Automotive Software Product Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services by designing quality frameworks, monitoring transactions, and driving process improvements. Your responsibilities will include identifying process pain points, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and conducting coaching and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Monitoring: Perform transaction monitoring for selected processes and maintain QC scores.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes for issues and recommend CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Coaching and Feedback: Conduct timely coaching and feedback sessions for individuals and teams to improve performance.
- Calibration Sessions: Participate in calibration sessions and demonstrate improvement when required accuracy targets are not met.
- QA Scorecards: Prepare and review QA scorecards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Monitoring Improvement Plans: Review historical performance, set sampling targets, and prepare improvement plans.
- Process Updates: Communicate process/product updates effectively to analysts.
- Complaint Management: Manage and analyze complaint/issues tracking, ensuring timely CAPA and RCA closures.
- Process Improvement: Identify pain points in the process and create mitigation plans for improvement.
- Reporting: Share deliverables with clients/internal stakeholders on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate (3 4 years course).
- Experience: 4 years of experience in QA within a similar project in Automotive Software Support or Customer Service.
- Automotive Expertise: Proficiency in automotive hardware/software systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and functionality.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC), symptom codes, wiring diagrams, connected vehicle systems, electrical systems, and infotainment systems.
- Customer Focus: Experience in complaint handling with a drive to deliver excellent customer experiences.
