Job role : Regulatory, Audit, Second Line (RASL) Response Experts (REX)
Location : Mount Laurel, Charlotte & Ft. Lauderdale
Duration : 4 to 5 months (CTH)
Overview of project / skills required :
- Very seasoned SME who can provide direction on how to respond / position RASL requests with the appropriate scope and lens
- Strong understanding of financial regulations
- Previous experience working at / with regulatory bodies
- Adaptable to strict deadlines
- Ability to understand the change impact from regulations, controls, frameworks, policies, standards, processes, procedures, etc. and keep the RASL responses updated proactively
- Ability to take a complex scenario and break it down to a simple story (Strong storytelling skills)
- Ability to present to senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP, SEVP)
- Ability to navigate through a large organization
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal outcome
- Data / Fact driven
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new financial systems, tools, and concepts.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between different stakeholders.
