Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Custom Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud, including creating custom objects, fields, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
- Configuration : Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings.
- Integration : Develop and maintain integration between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms.
- Data Management : Implement data migration and management strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry regulations, including adherence to HIPAA.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering technical solutions to improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.
