Role: Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: Indianapolis IN - Hybrid 2-3 days in a week
Duration: Full Time
1) 5-8 years of experience in two of the three Sales, Service and Marketing
2) Ability to conduct requirements workshops
3) Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria, write test scenarios and execute testing
4) Ability to do configurations in Salesforce
Responsibilities :
Salesforce product expertise Sales/Service/Marketing,
strong communication and documentation skills,
understanding of business process and mapping,
understanding of data management,
develop and deliver requirements as well as test scripts for UAT,
2 years of experience with a Salesforce Administrator certification and ideally a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst certification (nice to have, not a must have)
