Qualification:

We are seeking an SAP Ariba Business Analyst to support an enterprise-level SAP Ariba implementation in a hybrid work environment in Nutley, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Buying & Invoicing (B&I) and Sourcing within Ariba and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, integration teams, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between the business, SAP teams, integration teams, and external vendor partners.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, translate, and document business requirements.
• Assist in testing and validation processes to ensure proper implementation.
• Evaluate and provide recommendations during the requirements gathering phase.
• Support the primary BA from another vendor who is leading the implementation.
• Ensure alignment between SAP Ariba and existing enterprise systems.
• Assist in preparing for the transition to long-term support post-go-live.
• Collaborate with IT teams and assist the IT PM with deliverables and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 2-3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations.
• Strong experience in Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I)
• Familiarity with Ariba Sourcing.
• Experience working with SAP and system integrations.
• Ability to self-manage tasks and support the IT project manager.
