Job Description:
The Scrum Master Advisor will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies and leading teams through successful project lifecycles. This role requires a strong understanding of frameworks like Scrum and SAFe, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel to manage Agile processes effectively within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership & Management
- Utilize Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe to deliver business solutions.
- Lead teams through Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and productivity across sprint cycles.
- Oversee project lifecycles in Agile/Waterfall environments, leveraging tools like Jira for work planning and execution.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
- Communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders and articulate business requirements to technical teams.
- Drive collaboration using tools like Confluence and maintain clear documentation.
Project Planning & Delivery
- Design and execute work plans within sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Manage project scope, resources, and timelines effectively.
Technical Oversight
- Demonstrate strong technical acumen to understand and align project goals with cloud-based solutions like AWS.
- Utilize Excel for reporting, data analysis, and project tracking.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).
Experience Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong project management experience, with a history of delivering successful technical solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud and its application in project solutions.
- Expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
