Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level AI and Generative AI Expert to deliver impactful AI strategies and lead the development of cutting-edge AI/Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions for high-value client accounts. This role involves leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative models like GPT, GANs, and transformers, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and measurable business outcomes. You will manage multi-million-dollar accounts, craft bespoke AI strategies, and drive client innovation through AI-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI/Gen AI strategies for client accounts, overseeing the delivery of projects that align with client KPIs and business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing inquiries and integrating AI/Gen AI solutions into operations seamlessly.
- Manage large-scale AI projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams, AI architects, and data scientists to design AI strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, generating additional business value.
- Facilitate client workshops and thought-leadership sessions to explore new AI use cases.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and advancements, ensuring client strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Extensive experience with AI/Gen AI technologies, including GPT models, NLP, transformers, GANs, and deep learning.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar AI accounts, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.
- Proficiency in drafting SOWs, Proposals, and MSAs for large-scale AI engagements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and technical teams effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Expertise in advanced Gen AI technologies like GPT-3/4 and stable diffusion models.
- Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders to define and execute high-impact AI strategies.
- Proven thought leadership in AI innovation, with contributions to industry events or publications.
