Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Next.js & React Developer with over 10 years of expertise in building high-performance, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions. This role involves direct client engagement, requiring excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and optimize responsive web applications using Next.js and React.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Performance Optimization:

• Identify and implement optimizations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Ensure applications adhere to best practices for speed and responsiveness.

Client Collaboration:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and providing technical guidance.
• Present and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Integration & Testing:

• Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend systems.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.

Code Quality & Maintenance:

• Maintain high-quality code through code reviews, refactoring, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for coding, security, and accessibility.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Lead and participate in agile development ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React and Next.js.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of Next.js, React, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in RESTful API and GraphQL integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of modern development tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
