Must Have : Power Automate with RPA capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigate and resolve recurring failures in Power Apps and Power Automate flows, including Desktop Flows.

Lead root cause analysis for recent production incidents and provides technical remediation plans.

Optimize existing apps for Offline usage, responsiveness, and reliability.

Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of fixes with business continuity needs.

Refactor and redesign faulty flows and architecture where needed for better resiliency and maintainability.

Implement Power Platform best practices, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks.

Document issue findings, resolutions, and architectural improvements for knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in Power Platform solution architecture.

Deep technical expertise in:

Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

Power Automate, especially Desktop Flows (RPA)

Offline capabilities and data sync patterns

Microsoft Dataverse and cloud/on-prem data integrations

Strong track record in stabilizing and enhancing existing Power Platform environments.

Experience diagnosing performance issues, timeouts, and sync failures in Power Apps.

Ability to work under pressure, especially in production-critical situations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
