Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer with 7 years of experience, preferably within the banking domain.
• This role involves extensive experience in Snowflake data migration, particularly from DB2, including schema and historical data.
• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and SnowProcedures is essential, along with a strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Spark, and AWS Glue is required.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data migration and ingestion pipelines into Snowflake.
• This position also involves query optimization, performance tuning, and ensuring data quality through testing and validation.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and data orchestration/automation (CI/CD) is highly desirable.
