Position Overview :
Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the organizations software assets ensuring compliance optimizing licensing costs and supporting the SAM lifecycle using the ServiceNow SAM Pro module. This role requires a detailoriented professional with strong analytical skills technical knowledge and a commitment to driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
1 . Software Asset Management (SAM) :
- Manage the lifecycle of software assets including procurement deployment usage tracking and retirement.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce policies standards and procedures for effective SAM.
