Job Summary :
We are looking for a senior business Intelligence analyst with expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and optimizing data solutions that support Accounting-related requirements and provide insightful analytics. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with Accounting, Finance, IT, and other business units, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver actionable insights through data. The primary focus will be on Snowflake, SQL, data modeling and delivering actionable insights with secondary responsibilities involving BI tools, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity.
Essential Job Duties :
- Act as a Business Intelligence partner for the Accounting Department, supporting projects and change management initiatives across key project owners (IT, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.).
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and Snowflake-based solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex BI solutions using Snowflake, data models in Microsoft SSASPowerBI Semantic Models, Excel Power Pivot.
- Create and maintain reporting tools, troubleshoot improvement opportunities, and process change requests as needed.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and transformation needs across the organization.
- Manage Accounting tools, accounting reporting, and data analytics systems while ensuring governance, security, consistency, integrity, and accuracy of all end-user data.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of data tools and resources.
- Participate in system maintenance, upgrades, and integration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
