- Oversee the execution of Retail Application Modernization & GCP Cloud implementation programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
