Role: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 9-12 CTH
· 8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle CPQ and ERP
· Serve as main point of contact between business units and IT to identify opportunities for system enhancements and business process improvements.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Adept at collaboration, analysis, understanding and communicating complex issues and solutions to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
· Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
· Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
· Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements
· Ensure that proposed solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives.
· Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
· Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
· Experience with Agile methodology and Jira including running standups and managing Jira stories.
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Should be well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture
