What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at VDart?
Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 4-6 months and then possible conversion
Location: Ideally the person would be onsite in Branchville NJ 5 days a week
List of requirements that we need in candidates -
5 years of experience in a business analysis role, 5 years working with data/reporting
· Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.
· (Recent) - Experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
· Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with audiences spanning from peers to executives.
· Excellent written communication skills; ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas through documentation.
· Experience with Excel, and PowerPoint
· Formal business analysis skills on project work is preferred.
· Must demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, probe facts, analyze issues and present alternative solutions.
· Insurance Industry experience preferred
· Able to work in NJ Branchville office
