Key Responsibilities :
- Ticket Management : Efficiently process and resolve a high volume of incoming support tickets via ZenDesk.
- Handle Level 1-3 tickets, including system troubleshooting, data entry, and validation.
- Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with APIs is a strong plus.
- HCM Administration : Provide support for core HR functions within our HCM system (e.g., ADP).
- ATS Support : Provide expertise in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically ICIMS.
- Assist with system customizations and user training.
- Project Support : Actively participate in system implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Effectively communicate project progress and address roadblocks.
- Client Support : Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients across 6 decentralized regions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively address their needs.
