Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle BI Reporting Lead to lead initiatives across Financial and Procurement modules within Oracle Fusion/EBS environments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle BI reporting projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports.
- Develop and implement a data lake development strategy to support business intelligence needs.
- Design, develop, and manage Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) reports, focusing on user experience and data accuracy.
- Ensure seamless integration of reporting tools with Oracle Cloud Fusion/R12 EBS implementations, resolving technical issues as needed.
- Provide technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for efficient report generation and troubleshooting, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion/EBS applications, particularly related to reporting modules.
- Configure and set up Oracle Fusion/EBS systems, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting capabilities.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and support as needed, promoting self-sufficiency and minimizing reliance on technical assistance.
- Demonstrate a proactive and innovative mindset, taking initiative to solve complex reporting challenges with minimal supervision.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming languages
- Technical expertise in R12 EBS and Cloud Fusion
- Data lake development strategy understanding
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion and/or R12 EBS
- A proven track record of leading successful BI reporting projects in large-scale enterprise environments
