QA Lead and Manager Role
This is a remote, contract-based role that requires 12-15 years of experience in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10-15 QAs independently
- Develop and implement testing strategies
- Create regression testing suites and review automation test scenarios
- Publish testing reports to clients
Technical Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Insurance or Salesforce application testing
- Minimum 5 years of testing experience in the Insurance and broker domain, including familiarity with Agency insurance products rules and methodologies
- SM-level functional knowledge of PAS applications testing required
- Hands-on approach to testing critical functionalities and providing sign-off
- Experience with Salesforce application testing
Preferred Skills:
- Selenium automation testing or creating automation frameworks
- Provar automation tool experience
Soft Skills:
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with client stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques
