Experience and Qualification :
- Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in data analytics, Power BI, or data warehouse environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with teams building Power BI reports, data visualizations, or business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
