About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in managing large modernization projects or business initiatives..
As a Technical Project Manager, you will leverage strong technical development strengths along with planning, communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
You will be a problem solver who make things happen around you by setting clear goals and inspiring teams to deliver.
This role expects to be both strategic and tactical and do what it takes to successfully deliver key initiatives that have a material impact on the business.
What You'll Be Doing :
Partner with Value Stream stakeholders and business leadership teams to build highly collaborative teams and to enhance communication across all stakeholders.
Create and Maintain the Plan
API and SDK documentation
Perform analysis and exercise sound judgment to identify potential problems and provide solutions
Create effective presentations and documentation.
QA (acting as the voice of the customer)
Lead prioritization and triaging meetings
Identify areas of improvement for the system and its integrity (data validation, workflow support, etc.)
Identify and share key learnings to cross functional teams.

Who you are :
Minimum of 15 plus years of experience in Project Manager Experience
Good understanding of AWS.
Results-oriented, persist
Strong analytical skills, business-focused and passionate about the customer experience.
Must be able to work in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and ingenuity in solving problems.
Ability to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.
Demonstrable analytic skills and be comfortable working with data in various environments and formats.
Must act as the voice of the customer and simulate customer activities.
