Our Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities :
- Promptly acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with precise solutions that meet or exceed their individual expectations
- Manage client transactional needs, including renewal, new sales, marketing, and services according to brand standards and company procedures
- Devise new sales tactics to increase profit margins and improve our customer experience
- Coach and mentor entry-level team members on technical, procedural, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Set an efficient schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
- Stay up to date with industry information, new product announcements, sales, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
- Interact with clients effectively by utilizing exceptional active listening skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve sales goals
- Seek new and innovative ways to improve the client experience and drive sales revenue and communicate ideas to fellow Entry Level Management Trainees and upper management for implement tactics
